Syrah grapes were hand picked for rose and whole bunched pressed to stainless steel for cold settling then racked for 48 hrs later for fermentation. This wine fermented cool and stopped with 2g/l of residual sugar. Matured in tank on fine lees for 9 months.
This wine is beautifully light and showing salmon/copper tones. Exotic aromas of nectarine and yellow peach and plum skin. Bright acidity flow into a rich, balanced textural rose which carries forward stone fruit characteristics then finishes juicy with tropical flavours.
